Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, then a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We do not offer exchanges. In order to exchange an item, please return your original merchandise and place a new order. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
